Beauty services may be provided to clients for compensation by unlicensed individuals if the products for beauty services are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wvlegislature.gov\/Bill_Text_HTML\/2021_SESSIONS\/RS\/bills\/HB2325%20SUB.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>LEARN MORE<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARIZONA STATE HOUSE BILL 2399<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sponsor: State Representative Timothy Dunn <a href=\"mailto:tdunn@azleg.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tdunn@azleg.gov<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>House Bill 2399 will reduce the number of hours needed to obtain a cosmetologist or hair stylist license. The number of hours in a cosmetology program will be reduced to one thousand hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The measure also reduces the number of training hours a person must complete before receiving a
